We're excited to share more about how Thriving Together LLC helps connect individuals with disabilities to their community. Our agency offers a variety of programming groups designed to match individual interests, which helps foster natural friendships and strong community connections. In addition to our regular programs, we also provide flexible scheduling for special events. Whether you're interested in attending a play at the Ohio Theater or cheering on the Ohio State basketball team, we are eager to help make those experiences happen for you. All our programs are conducted in small groups of four or fewer individuals and always take place within the community, rather than in a facility.

We are very proud of our experienced and highly qualified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Our DSPs have extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities or other vulnerable populations. In fact, the staff providing direct care are of the caliber you would typically find in management positions. We believe the most rewarding aspect of this field is the time spent with the individuals we serve, and we strive to pay a professional-level wage to all our DSPs to ensure we employ only the best people.
