Services

All services we provide are for adults with developmental disabilities who are served through their local County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Adult Day Support (ADS)- Community

If you are looking for a program that is fast paced, adventurous, and fun, you are in the right place! We offer programming on a variety of days and times, no more only Monday-Friday, 9-5. That’s right, we offer services on evenings and weekends in addition to traditional daytime services. Our program is also fully mobile. We pick you and the rest of the crew up, head strait to our destination, have a great time, then we drop you back off at home. ADS services are currently for Union & Logan County residents only.

Routine ADS

These are the days that are prescheduled and predictable. When signing up for our program you will have the opportunity to sign up for a set schedule. Our scheduled days are grouped by interest and we then plan our fun based on those interests. Some of our groups include The Arts, Being Active, Leisure, Animal Adventures, Foodies, and many more. By scheduling groups based on interest we hope to help foster meaningful connections between not only our group members, but also with the community.

Special Event ADS

Want to go to an event that happens outside of our routine ADS time? Awesome, let’s go! Some events we are excited to offer this year are seeing 4th of July Fireworks, Cedar Point, OSU Football Games, Wildlights at the Columbus Zoo, and Uptown Friday Night

We also use this time for adult events that not everyone may be comfortable attending. Want to go to a club, participate in a pub crawl, or go to a winery? As long as we have at least 3 folks interested, we are happy to plan any event.

Environmental Accessibility Adaptations (EAA)

We understand the importance of being able to safely live in your home. Examples of adaptions that we will bid include metal and wood ramps, widening doorways, grab bars and handrails, and handicap toilets. We offer this service to Union and the surrounding counties.
